Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before switching — about the tech, the legality, the billing and the bite.
An anti-detect browser lets you run many isolated browser profiles on one computer, each with its own unique device fingerprint, cookies and IP address. To websites, every profile looks like a completely different person on a different device — so you can manage multiple accounts on marketplaces, ad platforms and social networks without them being linked together or flagged.
Yes. Anti-detect browsers are legitimate tools used daily by e-commerce sellers, marketing agencies, ad-verification teams, journalists and privacy-conscious users. What matters is how you use it — you're responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of the platforms you use. BulldogBrowser itself collects no browsing data and does not monitor what you do inside your profiles.
We're a leaner company with no sales team and no enterprise bloat, and we pass that straight through to pricing — about 30% below GoLogin at every tier. Pro is $34/mo vs GoLogin's $49/mo for the same 100 profiles — and our Business and Enterprise tiers include more team seats and 2FA on every plan on top.
Each profile is fully isolated: separate cookies, storage, cache and a unique fingerprint built from real device data — canvas, WebGL, fonts, audio, hardware, timezone and 50+ other parameters, all internally consistent. Pair each profile with its own proxy and platforms have no technical signal connecting your accounts. We continuously verify our fingerprints against Pixelscan, CreepJS and BrowserLeaks.
14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If BulldogBrowser doesn't work for your use case, email support within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund — no calls, no hoops. On top of that, every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so most people know it works before paying anything.
Yes. Every profile is stored encrypted in the cloud and synced across your machines, so a local crash or a reinstall never loses your work — cookies, fingerprint and settings come back when you sign in. Profile restore / undelete is on our roadmap; for now we recommend exporting cookies for anything critical before deleting.
Your BulldogBrowser account supports TOTP 2FA with any authenticator app, on every paid plan. It protects access to your account and your stored profiles, so even if your password leaks, nobody can sign in and launch your sessions.
Invite teammates by email and share individual profiles or whole folders with them — they never see your passwords or proxy credentials, and you can revoke access instantly. Business includes 10 seats; Enterprise includes 20. (Granular per-role permissions are on the roadmap.)
HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, residential and mobile proxies from any provider. Assign a different proxy per profile and bulk-import lists. You can also swap a profile's IP at any time without changing its fingerprint.
Yes. Import cookies in JSON or Netscape format from any browser or any other anti-detect tool — including GoLogin — per profile or in bulk. Your sessions carry over, so you don't have to re-login or re-verify your accounts when you switch.
Fully supported. Run BulldogBrowser on VMware, VirtualBox, Parallels, Hyper-V or any Windows/macOS VPS. Many customers run automation farms on cloud servers, driving profiles headlessly via the API with Puppeteer or Playwright.
No. The app is point-and-click: create a profile, paste a proxy, hit Start. The REST API and Selenium/Puppeteer/Playwright support exist for those who want automation — but everything can be done manually from the interface.
